Our repair service offers a broad range of customer-oriented services.

We will repair minor mold damages either on site or in one of our service centers. We also know how to increase the service life of your molds with well-planned measures.

The basic reconditioning of your molds is carried out in one of our service centers. Please include a dispatch note when returning a mold for servicing. We will inspect your mold thoroughly and submit a binding offer of our services.

Variant 1

In the vibrating table of the block making machine, five sensors measure the acceleration to analyze the dynamic behavior of the mold in the machine. The results of the first measurement are used for an optimal calibration of the parameters. You will receive a basic setting of the machine for the best product quality. At the same, this setting will reduce wear of mold and machine.

Frame and mold vibrate at different frequency and amplitude.

As a special service, we offer a vibration measuring system to record, evaluate and analyze the compaction process. Material acceleration, speed, vibration paths and frequency ranges are visualized and can be used for simulation.
