The objective of the KOBRA modular concept is to ensure the reparability of the concrete block mold and the reusability of individual components and assemblies, with the goal of achieving the most cost-efficient production of concrete products. The basic idea is a design which enables wearing mold parts to be replaced faster, without having to also replace the assemblies that are still usable.
Depending on the specific mold, wear parts can be replaced not only in our Service Center, but also directly on site in the production plant. KOBRA offers special seminars and workshops on the changing of wear parts, in which the necessary technical knowledge as well as tips and training for handling difficult aspects are taught, tailored to your products.
