In the mold bottom, the frame elements and wear plates are welded around the insert block in a complete, rigid construction. The mold insert is made of block material and is characterized by its high degree of dimensional accuracy and wear resistance. The service life of the mold bottom can be extended through reprocessing.

With the FORM »Optimill carbo 68 plus™« and the achieved hardness of 68 HRC as well as a comprehensive hardness depth of 1.2mm, long and low-wear service lives are the result.

Pavers are completely customizable in terms of format, surface texture, installation pattern and coloring and at the same time must satisfy the highest loading capacity, slip resistance, noise mitigation or water infiltration standards.
Permeable (or drainage) pavers are characterized in particular by their ability to allow rainwater to quickly infiltrate the pavement surface into the soil. The wide joint pattern compared to other paved surfaces enhances water percolation enormously.
