New Management Team at KOBRA

With effect from 1^st July 2020, Kobra Formen GmbH strengthened itself with a view to the future with an expanded management structure. In addition to managing partner Holger Stichel, the future management team will include Jan Streckenbach, Heike Gießmann and Stefanie Schaarschmidt.

In this constellation, Holger Stichel and Jan Streckenbach will jointly manage the company as managing directors. Jan Streckenbach has been with Kobra for over 20 years and was Head of product engineering for several years before he took over the management of the technical departments including production as technical manager.

In accordance with the Kobra brand structure, which is divided into TOOLS – Core product molds and CARE – Services related to the mold, each of the two managing directors takes over one department.

Holger Stichel is responsible for the CARE division, which incorporates sales including the international subsidiaries, finance and controlling, human resources, marketing, service, research & development and IT. Jan Streckenbach is head of the TOOLS division, with production and production control, product engineering, work preparation, programming, purchasing and logistics.

The new management team is completed by the authorized signatories Heike Gießmann, Head of Finance, and Stefanie Schaarschmidt, Project Management and Head of Marketing.

The management’s focus is on continuing and expanding the company’s recipe for success, which has been consistent since its inception – the development and production of innovative and high-quality molds for the concrete block industry, as well as the expansion of the company’s international presence and work on new technologies to provide Kobra customers with even better support in concrete block production.
